Suzano, a major enterprise within the Yangshan Free Trade Zone in Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area, launched its new Chinese wood pulp product brand "金鱼" (goldfish) at the eighth China International Import Expo (CIIE) on Nov 6.

The brand marks a significant step forward in Suzano's localization strategy and reflects its firm commitment to the Chinese market.

At the expo, Suzano is showcasing a diverse product range, innovative applications, and a sustainable development strategy under the theme "Growing with China: Bio-Innovation for a shared sustainable future".

Its booth highlights green products like 100-percent bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp (BEK) tissue and carbon-neutral notebooks, emphasizing Suzano's dedication to biodiversity conservation and sustainable forest management.

During the expo, Suzano signed a memorandum of understanding with China Construction Bank and initiated a public call for Chinese innovations, aiming to integrate local expertise into its global operations.

Over the past year, Lin-gang Special Area has innovated in cross-border data, green trade, and digital sectors, luring top global firms like Suzano. It will continue to make its business climate more market-friendly, law-abiding, and international, aiming for win-win growth.
