Construction of Shanghai Pudong Hospital's Lin-gang campus has entered the final stage, with partial outpatient services expected to begin as early as October and full operations scheduled for the first half of 2027.

Located on Nicheng Road in the Lin-gang Special Area, the new facility is designed as a tertiary-level comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research. With an investment of 1.98 billion yuan ($292 million), it will have a total floor area of 169,800 square meters and offer 700 inpatient beds.

Once operational, the new campus will develop centers of excellence in reproductive medicine, oncology, and the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, while pioneering a Shanghai model for cross-border healthcare services.
