Yangtze United Financial Leasing Co recently established Xinzhizao (Shanghai) Equipment Leasing Co in the Dishui Lake Financial Bay of Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area.

The newly established project company marks the first special purpose vehicle (SPV) intelligent manufacturing pilot project nationwide after Lin-gang unveiled the pilot program for business expansion of financial leasing project company.

This project embodies Yangtze United Financial Leasing's commitment to exploring how technology-driven leasing can be used to empower industrial development, further promoting the transformation of industries towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.

Yangtze United Financial Leasing, a financial leasing company under Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, has served over 1,600 small and medium-sized enterprises, offering a range of products to enhance service efficiency. The company strongly supports the private economy, having served over 1,300 private enterprises, accounting for approximately 65 percent of its clientele.

In response to the construction of Shanghai Sci-Tech Innovation Center, Yangtze United Financial Leasing has made investments in adaptive robotics, warehousing robots, and autonomous driving, serving over 500 "Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative" (SRDI) and "Little Giant" tech enterprises.

Upholding the principle of green finance, the company has achieved a deployment rate of over 35 percent in new green leasing assets as of the end of June 2025, with the balance accounting for nearly 40 percent.
