L'Oreal launched the "For Girls in Science" program last year. This year, L'Oreal China and the Lin-gang Special Area have deepened their partnership by officially establishing a base in Lin-gang to strengthen the program. The "For Girls in Science" Camp was initiated at the forum.

Addressing the forum, Wang Jianzhang, vice-chairwoman of the Shanghai Women's Federation, emphasized that empowering girls with science education is a concrete step towards igniting their dreams for science. "We look forward to more institutions and enterprises joining us in creating a supportive environment for the growth of female scientists."

Serge Haroche, a Moroccan-French physicist who was awarded the 2012 Nobel Prize for Physics, said that global challenges such as climate change can only be solved through science, and he encouraged all young women with scientific aspirations to pursue their dreams boldly.

Lan Zhenzhen, chief of Public Affairs for L'Oreal North Asia and China, said that companies should not only be "supporters" but also "innovators" and "connectors" in science education. She expressed the hope of sharing China's experiences globally to contribute more wisdom to women's science education.

The "For Girls in Science" program has benefited over 100,000 girls nationwide. This forum marks a significant step forward in fostering a supportive environment for girls looking to pursue career paths in science and technology and inspiring future generations to achieve breakthroughs in the field.
